Position: Marketing Communication and Content Manager (Marccom)

We are looking for an experienced Marccom to help us build our brand image and raise brand awareness in our line of products

As Marccom, you will have the opportunity to witness our growth.. You will be responsible for the development of a content and communications strategy that supports the entire Marketing team’s efforts and the company's strategic goals. That strategy will inform the content calendar, content roadmap, social media plan, paid media, and campaign motions throughout the year. Partnering with internal teams and external players, including our Marketing agency, industry analysts, journalists, etc., you’ll ensure content assets and communication plans are implemented effectively and efficiently. You will set the tone for the organization by developing and iterating Adsec’s content guidelines, internal and external communications, and the voice of the brand. The first in a growing function within marketing, you’ll have creative freedom and autonomy to produce materials and communication directions that accelerate our marketing campaigns and optimize them accordingly. Effective communication managers have a mix of art and science talent, so you’ll be privy to customer insights, market penetration, and sales goals for measuring our effectiveness. You’ll have a guiding voice in our maturation and development, building a strong marketing communications and copywriting team to support Adsec.

Responsibilities

• Own communications and strategic plans that facilitate marketing to reach our strategic goals
• Execute copy and content materials that follow the customer journey in a personalized voice
• Leverage insights and performance data to adjust our campaign strategy, A/B test the campaigns, and impact pipeline
• Generate compelling, engaging content to support a content-driven integrated strategy. Help identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging.
• Strategize campaigns for traditional and digital marketing channels
• Responsible for media plans, editorial calendar, and internal and external communications as related to area of responsibility
• Developing materials, presentations, and other marketing communications for launches, campaigns, and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows, and events
• In time to time need to manage our partner retrofit to rebranding to our product portofolio
• Creating and maintaining project plans to successfully move all projects forward in a timely, collaborative and efficient manner
• Collaborate with growth marketers, brand manager and sales enablement to standardize and optimize the website, sales deck, product material, webinars, inbound/outbound marketing scripts, SEO, digital advertising, social media channels, and other tactics
• Assess the current state of materials and map against priorities to ensure continuous improvement and updates are made
• Be an ambassador for the Adsec’s principal brand, embodying our core values and ensuring marketing and sales teams reflect and adhere to our brand standards



Requirements and skills


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing communications and content strategy
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, sales team assets, partner marketing assets, and industry liaison responsibilities
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role marketing communications, or copywriting role
• Solid knowledge of the IT distribution will be an advantage
• Experience and comfort in data analytics and dashboards
